Josh is professional and very easy to deal with. He is always prompt in responding to calls, emails and texts. I placed my house on the market and had offers coming in within a few days.

I can't say enough about Josh. I'm a first time home buyer with a lot of questions. Josh worked with me for three months before he found the perfect home for me. We hit a few road blocks along the way. I bid on three houses before buying my home. He was always willing to continue the search and steer me in the right director (we saw some scary places along the way). I was also very nice to my mom, sister and brother who often tagged along. I always felt like he had my best interest in mind, and he went to bat for me if any issues developed. Josh knows the market and knows what he's doing. But most importantly for me, he's genuinely a nice guy.

My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home in a short amount of time and with 2,800 miles between where we lived and where we wanted to move. We had numerous questions and concerns throughout the process but Josh was always just a call, text and or an email away and always fast to respond and even accommodate our 3 hour time difference. I am sure I wasn't always the easiest to work with but Josh never disappointed us and he always went above and beyond. Josh is an honorable realtor and person and I highly recommend him.

I have purchased 2 houses with Josh. He is wonderful to work with. On our first home, our bank stopped working with us half way through and he worked diligently with our new lender to still close the loan on time. On our second home, he worked especially hard, going above and beyond to help us close the deal. It was a foreclosure where the bank were only willing to work with certain loan types. It took us months to figure out, but he never got aggravated or stressed, he continued to work hard to make sure we got our new home.
